Mini-Circuits new MDB-73H+ wideband double balanced MMIC mixers provide an RF and LO frequency range of 2200 to 7000MHz and IF range of DC to 1600MHz. This model is ideal for a wide variety of commercial and defense-related applications from satellite communications to radar and more. Requiring no DC power, these tiny MMIC mixers measure only 4x4x1mm, making them especially useful in dense PCB layouts. They utilize an InGaP HBT structure with integrated LO and RF baluns to achieve low conversion loss of 8 dB with excellent flatness of ±1dB over the entire 2200-7000MHz range. High L-I isolation )46dB( and L-R isolation )39dB( reduce the need for external filtering. Rated for typical LO power of +15dBm, they achieve +24 dBm typical IP3 and reach 1dB compression point with +10dBm input )RF or IF( power.
