Mini-Circuits’ AVM-273HPK+ wideband microwave MMIC amplifier subsystem covers frequencies from 13 to 26.5 GHz, supporting a wide range of military and commercial applications including EW and radar, point to point radio, DBS, VSAT, and more. Manufactured using PHEMT technology, this amplifier is unconditionally stable and provides +27 dBm output power, making it usable as a low-cost driver for high power amplifiers. It delivers 13 dB gain with ±1 dB gain flatness over its entire frequency range and 43 dB directivity, making it suitable for use as a wideband isolation amplifier or buffer amplifier. Housed in a tiny, 5x5mm package with excellent repeatability, the amplifier runs on a single +5V, 559mA supply.
Included with the amplifier unit is a voltage sequencing and DC control module which enables plug-and-play operation without the need for external voltage sequencing circuits, greatly simplifying circuit design.
