Mini-Circuits’ ZVM-273HP+ is a three-stage balanced, wideband coaxial amplifier delivering up to 0.5W output power over an extremely wide frequency range from 13 to 26.5 GHz. This model provides excellent directivity of 36 dB, making it suitable for use as an inter-stage isolation amplifier or buffer amplifier in a variety of systems including P2P radios, military EW and radar, DBS and VSAT. It delivers 13 dB gain with ±1 dB gain flatness across its entire frequency range, 30 IP3, and 9 dB typical noise figure. The amplifier is unconditionally stable and comes housed in a rugged aluminum alloy case (3.0 x 3.36 x 3.87”) with SMA connectors and an optional heat sink.
