Mini-Circuits’ Surface Mount VCOs Features Linear Tuning and Low Phase Noise, 3790 to 3970 MHz

Mini-Circuits’ ROS-39702PH19R+ is a surface mount voltage controlled oscillator designed to operate from 3790 to 3970 MHz.  This model provides +3.5 dBm output power with low phase noise of -98 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, low pushing of 0.6 MHz, and low pulling of 6 MHz.  It has a tuning voltage range from 0.5 to 5V, tuning sensitivity of 48-63 MHz/V, and 3 dB modulation bandwidth of 180 MHz.  The VCO comes housed in a miniature, shielded package (0.5 x 0.5 x 0.18”) making it an excellent candidate for dense PCB designs.
