Mini-Circuits’ ZX60-06203LN+ is a coaxial wideband, low noise amplifier with an operating frequency range from 6 to 20 GHz. This model provides 2.8 dB noise figure, +29 dBm IP3, and 18 dB gain with ±1.6 dB flatness over its full bandwidth. Its unique combination of low noise, high dynamic range, and flat gain makes it an excellent candidate for a wide range of sensitive receiver applications where high performance over wide bandwidth is needed. The amplifier comes in a rugged, compact unibody case (0.74 x 0.75 x 0.46”) with SMA connectors.
