Mini-Circuits’ model ZEQ-1-24K+ is a broadband negative-slope equalizer in a compact coaxial package for applications from DC to 20 GHz. Ideal for making adjustments in amplifier gain and correcting amplifier responses, the RoHS-compliant equalizer is internally matched to 50 Ω to provide a typical slope of -1.4 dB across the full bandwidth, with slope deviation of only ±0.4 dB for a wide operating-temperature range of -55 to +105°C. Insertion loss is typically 3.22 dB at 1 GHz and 1.84 dB at 20 GHz, with typical VSWR of 1.40:1 across the full frequency range. The compact equalizer is supplied with 2.92-mm (K-type) coaxial connectors, female on the input port and male on the output port and is bidirectional and capable of handling power levels to 1 W through 20 GHz. It measures just 0.80 × 0.56 in. (20.3 × 14.2 mm).
